Happy Friday! What are your plans this weekend? Snow is in the forecast for Saturday so I’m continuing with organizing drawers and cabinets around the house.
This week on the blog, I shared a couple of rooms I refreshed for the new year (living room and bedroom). For today’s ‘Friday’s Favorite Finds’ round-up, I’m sharing a few newly purchased items I added to our dining room.
Since the Christmas holiday, I’ve been eyeing this wide gold aluminum decorative bowl at Target but decided to wait until after the holidays for the price to go down. It’s on clearance now for $17.49! You can’t tell from the picture but the bowl is pretty wide and it’s a great size as a table centerpiece for our eight-chair dining table.
I used some of the faux flowers I had bought a couple of years ago from Michaels but added these new faux white hydrangea flower stems to the arrangement.
Another favorite find is the elegant table lamp I found at HomeGoods! I love the navy blue and gold combo and the clear acrylic base coordinates well with our crystal chandelier. Our previous lamp that we had for over 10-years finally gave out on us – the switch burned out. I think this lamp is better suited for our bar cabinet. It’s much taller than our previous lamp.
