Yesterday was such a beautiful day, we spent some of the afternoon sitting on the deck and enjoying the warm sun. Another thing we enjoyed, was eating fresh berries drizzled with Crème anglaise (French for “English cream). It’s a simple recipe to make and the dessert cream is deliciously light and refreshing! This delightful treat is a definite crowd pleaser and can be enjoyed with any seasonal fruit but for the “grown-up”, add Grand Marnier…YUM!!
