SALAD RECIPE: Autumn Wedge

Hi, guys! Hope everyone enjoyed their weekend. We could totally feel the brisk cold air of Fall over the past two days, so much so that we even put the fireplace on.

On Saturday night, it was ‘date night at home’ – it’s one of our favorite things to do. I cooked a three course meal and wanted to share with you this absolutely delicious salad recipe! Adapted from Madison of Expresso & Cream, I edited her recipe, just a tad, by making mine into a wedge version. With ingredients such as pears, cranberries, pecans, bacon and feta cheese, it is sure to be a crowd-pleaser! To top it off, Madison combines Poppy Seed Salad dressing with Balsamic Vinaigrette…so good! This is one of my favorite go-to recipes.
