Hello 2014 and Happy New Year, lovely readers!
While visiting the beach this New Year’s Eve, I had time to reflect on what I would like to accomplish this year. I look at the New Year as a new beginning, a second chance to have a fresh start, to try new things, to complete what you haven’t accomplished the year prior. As I look back at 2013, I was so happy that Design by Occasion finally went live and I started this blog – thank you kindly for always stopping by and following!! I like to make goals for myself that are attainable and ones I am able to complete and check off my list as accomplished. I have also listed some daily mantras, (some old and some new) that I like to follow: Be Inspired, Be Original, Work with Passion, Take Chances, Be a Dreamer and a Doer.
This year, I have many plans for Design by Occasion and the blog, that I look forward to sharing with you in the weeks and months to come! In the meantime, I hope to continue to inspire you, sharing more posts on the things that inspire me and may you too make 2014 your year!
