Over the past several months, I’ve noticed the texture of my hair has changed. Not sure if its to do with age (as I’m getting older) or the fact that i shaved it off back in 2010 due to chemo treatments and this is my new growth. hum?? Growing up, I had thick wavy, unruly hair – so much so that I needed a heavy based hair product, a large round bristle hair brush and a high heat setting on my blowdryer to smooth out the tight waves in my hair in order to style it straight. As of late, I noticed that my hairdresser is able to blow out my hair just using a paddle brush…crazy difference!! A couple of months ago, I cut approximately 6-8 inches off my hair that went to a long-layered lob cut. Not sure what a ‘lob’ haircut is? It’s a longer version of the “bob” – not to short, not to lengthy. Styled with slightly messy, sometimes textured waves, seems to still be the cut of choice!
