Hi, friends! Hope you had a great weekend! The weather here was summer-like, it was perfect hosting family cookouts on the deck. One of the food items I had left over was a small piece of a delicious Rosemary Pugliese Bread. It couldn’t go to waste so on Sunday morning, I whipped up this Open-faced Breakfast Sandwich! Because the rosemary bread is nice and hearty, having only one slice was perfect for this open-faced sandwich. The combination of flavors were really good! Give it a try…
