Rose Gold and Burgundy Christmas Living Room
When deciding on what color palette to use to decorate for Christmas, I look forward to seeing what new color Sugar Paper for Target will introduce for their holiday collection. I’ve decorated our living room for the past three years using their holiday colors. The first year, I incorporated their white & gold, then a soft blue & gold, and the year after that – sage green & gold. This year, the color is Rose Gold (a peachy-pink hue). When deciding on what accent color to pair with this pretty rose-gold tone, I went with a deep burgundy color that lends a beautiful contrast. To bring the color tones of the Christmas decor together with the furnishings, I found elegant pillow covers in a luxurious velvet color block and faux silk covers with metallic detailing that I placed on the sofa.
Admittedly, I tend to lean more towards the more muted and softer color palettes but I’m pleased with how this turned out.
May the start of this holiday season be a blessed and joyful one. Cheers to you!
