Holiday Touches to make your spare room guest-ready.
If you’ll be hosting overnight guests for the holidays, there is no need to re-decorate your guest room. Some simple festive accessories will be enough to create an inviting space for your loved ones.
While I did place a small Christmas tree in the guest room, a hint of holiday decoration is really all you need. Decor accessories like holiday scented candles (that are not too overpowering), a simple, yet sophisticated holiday figurine like a gold deer, mini Christmas ornaments scattered about or large ones placed in a bowl, and for the final touch – a holiday flower arrangement. You can either create a large arrangement filled with Eucalyptus that offers a calming and relaxing scent or a small arrangement filled with holiday greenery, combined with a cluster of spray roses, stock, or any flower filler of your liking.
