We are in for more bad weather this weekend, so not looking forward to it! My trick to turn a gloomy outdoor view is to turn my interior space into a more pleasant one. How do I do that you ask? By placing small flower arrangements sporadically in the rooms of your house you spend the most time in. We all know that when decorating a dining table with a beautiful flower arrangement can transform the space and make it more inviting, the same applies for other areas in your home. It surely does not have to be expensive either. Sometimes you can luck out on a large beautiful arrangement sold in your local supermarket. You can divide it by making a few smaller arrangements and place them in smaller vessels rather than simply sticking the whole bouquet in one vase. I happen to make purchasing flowers a biweekly routine as it can lift your spirits too. Who says flowers don’t make you smile!
Speaking of flowers, this week I was asked to create custom baby shower invitations from a very happy Mother. The baby shower is scheduled for April and her expected daughter is due in May. The theme…April ‘Showers’ brings May flowers? I’m looking forward to putting a few different ideas together!
