When it comes to gift giving, I am always thinking of creative ways to present a gift, so why not a two-in-one gift by adding a small bouquet of lovely flowers on top of the wrapped present. Just think of all the ways you can incorporate the floral colors to the gift wrapping paper!
It’s a pretty simple DIY. All you need are floral water tubes. This will keep your bouquet fresh.
The first step is to fill each floral tube with water and insert each individual stem inside each tube. Then you will want to arrange your bouquet and secure it with a rubber band.
Next, with the same wrapping paper you used to wrap the gift, cut a piece large enough to wrap the bouquet and tape the back. This will hide the floral water tubes. I then took the bottom of the paper – folded it and taped the backside.
Position your bouquet on top of your gift. Then take a large enough piece of ribbon to secure the bouquet in place. To do this you will lay your ribbon flat, take your box and place it on top of the ribbon, then take the two ends and tightly overlap it to the front. Be sure to cut any access overlap, then secure it with tape. The last step is to simply cut another piece of ribbon, make a bow and hot glue it to the front of the ribbon you overlapped.
This do-it-yourself floral wrap adds a special touch to any wrapped gift and your recipient will indeed love it!
