When it comes to wearing lipstick, my go-to colors are typically a nude or a light pink. I decided recently, to brighten up my lip a bit with a peachy hue. My sister introduced me to brand; Charlotte Tilbury and I really like her cosmetic & skin care line. My favorite bronzer is this Filmstar Bronze & Glow. This contour palette comes with a highlighter and if there is one thing people ask me about, it’s which one I’m wearing and how I get it to look like my own skin. For a rich and creamy moisturizer, I use this magic cream. It rejuvenates and smooths my dry skin in a snap, without feeling too heavy or greasy.
My sister gifted me with this pretty matte revolution luminous modern-matte lipstick in color ‘Sexy Sienna’. While the lipstick has a matte finish, it does not feel dry on your lips, like some do. This matte lipstick leaves your lips feeling cashmere-soft! Charlotte says: “The lip color glows with inner light as if professionally lit creating the illusion of fuller, wider lips.”
Whenever I want to add a bit of shine on top of the matte and brighten up the color even more, I also received this Lip Lustre Luxe-Color Lasting Lip Lacquer in color ‘ Hall of Fame’. For a lip liner, my sister highly recommended ‘pillow talk’ – she says it’s an ideal color that can pretty much be paired with any lipstick color. When I combine this pencil color with the matte lipstick – it’s has more of a peachy/pink tone. For a matching lip liner, in more of a peachy all-around shade, I use this ‘pink venus’ lip pencil.
I’m a fan of my new lipstick and liner colors. These shade are flattering on fair skin, and complements sun-kissed skin beautifully.
