I can’t think of a better way to get a kid to enjoy breakfast than with easter-shaped pancakes! Make easter breakfast fun by using easter cookie cutters for cute shapes of bunnies, carrots, and eggs! You can even arrange a bunny face without using cookie cutters by taking one circular pancake for the face, cutting another pancake in half for the ears, and adding chocolate chips (or blueberries if they prefer) for the eyes and a maraschino cherry for the bunny nose. Add some confectionery sugar and/or whipped cream for decoration and viola…you have the cutest breakfast pancakes to serve your kids!
It’s a simple and fun breakfast treat that your kids will enjoy creating on their own!
