Hey guys! I hope you all enjoyed your Valentine’s Day weekend. We feasted at one of our favorite restaurants in Pittsburgh (totally blew my diet) and the desserts were fantastic! But hey, today is the start of a new week and I’m back to healthier eating. Which brings me to today’s post. As of late, we’ve been trying out different ways to enjoy eating vegetables and we found that oven roasted is the best way to cook them!
