From mini pies, tiny tarts to dainty cakes, there is something about miniature desserts that seem adorably delicious! I really enjoyed how these ‘Berry bites’ not only looked but how light and refreshing they tasted as well.
I altered this recipe just a bit by using bite size Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry Cups instead of making my own pie crust (I am all about easy semi-homemade recipes). I love the flaky layered texture of puff pastry and top it off with fresh raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, garnish with mint sprigs and a side of whipped cream and you have the perfect party style miniature dessert!
