HAPPY NEW YEAR!
As we ease into the new year and get back into the swing of things after a long holiday, I’m looking forward to the days ahead. I’ve had time to reflect on year 2019…click here to read a post where I got personal on where I was a decade ago and the present day. Sometimes, we go through life and only recall certain moments that had an impact on us, whether good or bad and we don’t necessarily recall all the small moments that when you put all together, they were experiences that gave us such joy. Reflecting on this timeline was emotional and eye opening, in such a positive way. Here is another post where I felt that.
New Year’s resolutions are a thing of the past for me. I prefer to set flexible intentions. As quoted by Deepak Chopra – “Intention is the starting point of every dream. It is the creative power that fulfills all our needs…” In addition to that, a chosen ‘word’ will be a guide for me in the year ahead, which will encapsulate what I need more of.
