Welcome to Part 2 of my early fall home tour! In case you missed Part 1, you can view yesterday’s post, here where I shared how I incorporated stylish fall decor in our living room that complement our existing design esthetic.
The Tablescape Inspiration…
When creating this early fall tablescape, I moved away from the traditional fall color palette by bringing in a blush pink and green color palette for a feminine, light, and airy look. In order to evoke the sentiments of the fall season, I used a lot of seeded eucalyptus branches.
When it came to the inspiration for my early fall tablescape, it started with these blush velvet placemats and blush fringe napkins. I love how the texture of the velvet lends to the cozy fall feel. An artfully designed rose, ranunculus bouquet and eucalyptus branches was the perfect centerpiece. This vibrant floral centerpiece had a botanical feel. Together with this glass Jules Cloche, paired in two is an enchanting stunning duo! For a beautiful creative touch, I inserted glimmer strings LED lights to reflect a festive brilliant glow and added two stems of eucalyptus branches for natural element. The combination of this table centerpiece added to the celebratory ambiance, when hosting an early autumn brunch or supper!
Keep it Golden…
Choosing gold as the accent was an effortless combination…from the charger plates, layered with antique gold-rim dinner plates, combined with vintage flatware is a classic and elegant look. To continue with the fall theme, I kept the decorative touches subtle by simply adorning each place setting with a mini green ceramic pumpkin (found at the dollar section in Target) and created a pocket in the dinner napkin for a single rose and eucalyptus stem. I used a gold-toned ribbon, tied a bow around the napkin to complete the look.
I hope as you scroll through the pictures below, you are inspired to style a beautiful dining table by trying something new with a non-traditional fall color palette. I think it’s a beautiful way to transition from summer to early fall!
