Last week I had posted the picture above on instagram and if you missed it, I thought I would share the recipe I found on Pinterest for Kiran Tarun’s Cantaloupe in Coconut Rose Cream that I tried and really enjoyed it! It was simple to make and luckily I had all the ingredients needed to make this flavorful fruit dessert! The super-aromatic cream definitely gives the cantaloupe an extra kick of sweetness that will surely satisfy your taste-buds.
Since the cantaloupe and coconut should be kept chilled, I have these vintages cups that are primarily used for cocktail shrimp where the bottom cup holds ice and the top insert is used to hold your food item. I love to how versatile they can be so I used it for this dessert to enjoy when eating outside on a hot summer day.
