I seem to have a thing for the Eiffel Tower as I have designed three greeting cards using this embellishment shown here and here. This Eiffel Tower birthday card is made out of a silver glittered card stock that has an iridescent sparkle to it. Three clear Swarovski Crystals adorn pink glittered balloons – perfect for sending birthday wishes to that someone special.
