Welcome to Part 2 of our Holiday Home Tour! In case you missed Part 1 from yesterday’s post, click here. Today I’m sharing with you my Christmas tablescape in the dining room. I’m pretty happy with the way it turned out. The inspiration for the tabletop design were the colors of white and gold – one of my favorite color combos!
This white faux fur runner added a wintery vibe to the dining table and layering it with white & gold dinnerware and flatware created a stylishly modern look.
These gold foil letterpress coasters by Laura Hooper Calligraphy were perfect for creating a napkin holder! I chose the holiday saying – ‘Jingle Jingle’ and attached these Sugar Paper Gold Bells and tied it around the folded napkin. This festive DIY is a sure way to delight your guests as they prepare to enjoy a delicious holiday meal. I adore dual purpose items so once guests untie their dinner napkins, they can re-use the tag as a coaster!
I love the sleek and illuminating mix of clear crystal paired with the gold! I also added glass icicles to our chandelier to add to the wintery vibe.
Sugar Paper knocked it out of the park with their holiday collection at Target! From gift boxes (like the one shown above) ornaments and charming gift toppers, I think I purchased a few of everything!
These A M A Z I N G bites of deliciousness were extra treats from the night of the proposal. My fiance knows one of my guilty pleasures are desserts of any kind! These petits fours came from La Gourmandine, a french bakery located in Pittsburgh.
I stashed the extra bottle of bubbly from the celebratory evening!
I needed something massive for my empty dining room wall so I took a natural grapevine wreath I had stored away from a Fall Shoot and created this wreath using an assortment of evergreens and similar to how I decorated the fireplace mantel, I inserted a few roses and football mums along the bottom of the wreath.
Well that concludes our 2015 holiday home tour! Thank you so much for stopping by and taking the tour! Happy Holidays!
