One of my must-try recipes has been to make a smoothie bowl. I’ve been intrigued to see what this trending fruit bowl taste like. So one morning, I whipped up a batch. You can pretty much use any combo of fruit flavors. I chose to fill mine with strawberries, bananas, and I topped it with more sliced strawberries, bananas, shredded coconut and my favorite granola – Ina Garten’s Breakfast Fruit Crunch recipe. Instead of using plain Greek yogurt to the blended mix, I decided to use Oui by Yoplait coconut-flavored French style yogurt.
I was happy with how this smoothie bowl recipe turned out! I love how easily you can incorporate fruit into your diet with this deliciously healthy, sweet treat that you can enjoy for breakfast, a snack, or even dessert!
