My sister is big on smoothies and my mom has been raving about her smoothie concoctions, so I decided to try this one. Result…it was light and refreshing! What is your favorite smoothie recipe?
Serves: 2
Ingredients
- 2 slices of fresh or frozen pineapple, cut into chunks
- 1/2 of a medium banana
- a sliver of ginger
- 1 cup of Silk Pure Coconut Milk
- 2 tbsp of sweetened coconut
Directions
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
- Garnish with additional pineapple and rim the glasses with honey and dip in the sweetened coconut, if desired. Serve immediately.
*Freeze your fresh pineapple and banana ahead of time so that you won’t require ice.
