A LIGHT & REFRESHING RASPBERRY MOJITO RECIPE

Ingredients
  • 6-10 raspberries, fresh
  • 6-8 mint leaves, fresh
  • 2 large basil leaves, fresh
  • ½ cup simple syrup
  • ½ liter club soda
  • ½ cup of white rum
  • ⅓ cup of Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur
  • Juice from 1 large lemon
Instructions
  1. Rough chop mint and basil
  2. Using a cocktail muddler, muddle the raspberry, chopped mint, basil and add simple syrup
  3. Let it sit for one minute
  4. In a pitcher add rum, Chambord, lemon juice, and the muddled mix of simple syrup
  5. Stir well and add club soda
  6. Serve with crushed ice and add raspberry and mint for garnish
