While I can enjoy a small glass of wine once in a blue moon and pretty much that’s it while I’m on treatment, it doesn’t mean I can’t whip up a cocktail recipe to share with you all! (wink).

A Fall Cocktail Recipe - Pumpkin-Spice Chata

I’m breaking the rules by pouring this fall cocktail into copper mugs that are primarily meant for moscow mules. I was thinking of what I can name this simple cocktail as this recipe only has 2 ingredients…’Pumpkin Spice’ vodka and ‘Rum Chata’ – so I came up with “Pumpkin Spice Chata”. Genius I know…kidding!

A Fall Cocktail - 'Pumpkin-Spice Chata'

To make this fall cocktail, fill your glass with ice, using a jigger; mix 1 part (2 oz.) Rum Chata and 1 part (2 oz.) Pumpkin Spice vodka. Top off the drink with a sprinkle of pumpkin spice and garnish with a cinnamon stick. Serve and enjoy!

As an alternative, you can pour this cocktail into a small-sized martini glass and rim the glass with pumpkin sugar.
